TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLYING TO THE PURCHASE OF GOODS & SERVICES ONLINE FROM THE CLYDE FOOTBALL CLUB WEBSITE.
Our Contract with You
No contract exists between you, the customer, and us, Clyde FC CIC, Broadwood Stadium, Ardgoil Drive, Cumbernauld, G68 9NE, “(The Clyde Shop)” until such time as your order for goods or services is confirmed and the goods are dispatched or, in the case of services, either the provision of the services commences or your title to the provision of the services is dispatched. The Clyde Shop shall not be deemed to have accepted your order until that time and may refuse or cancel any order, notwithstanding that an automatic confirmation of your order may have been received by you.
Charging and Pricing
Your credit or debit card will normally be charged at, or shortly after, the time that your order is placed. All prices, where applicable, are inclusive of postage and packaging to postal addresses within the UK. Delivery to other locations outwith the UK is subject to an additional charge where stated. The Clyde Shop reserves the right to change prices without notice. This means that the price appearing on your order and/or confirmation may differ from the price actually charged. The Clyde Shop makes every effort to avoid this happening, but if a price is different from the price appearing in your order and/or confirmation is charged, The Clyde Shop will inform you of this and you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund (subject to the return in “as new” condition of any items which have been dispatched).
Delivery
Our policy is to dispatch all “in stock” goods within 3 working days, and The Clyde Shop does everything it can to ensure that goods are delivered promptly. However, time shall not be of the essence in relation to your contract with The Clyde Shop, and late delivery shall not affect your contract with us. If The Clyde Shop is aware of any anticipated lengthy delay in the delivery of the goods you have ordered, we will attempt to contact you and keep you advised of the likely date for delivery. If you have not received the goods you ordered within 30 days of placing your order and a later delivery date has not been quoted at the time you placed your order or subsequently agreed with you, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Refunds and Returns
If you are in any way unsatisfied with the goods or services that you receive you are entitled to a full refund and should contact The Clyde Shop within 14 days of receipt or non receipt of your goods. You do have the responsibility, however, to ensure that all cancelled/returning items are kept in “as new” condition and are returned in that condition, with your order packing slip to:- The Clyde Shop, Broadwood Stadium, Ardgoil Drive, Cumbernauld, G68 9NE. We recommend that you send items by recorded delivery to ensure they are received by us. However it is not part of your contract with The Clyde Shop, and does not affect such. If you do not return cancelled items to The Clyde Shop your entitlement to a full refund may no longer be withstanding.
